Our cancellation policy is very simple. If you are outside of the cancellation window, you can request a refund from your "My Account" area for a full refund, no questions asked.

If you are inside the cancellation window, you will be unable to request a refund from our website. In order to request a refund, you must contact the company with which the purchase was made.
You can find their contact email and/or phone in your "My Account" area where you see the purchase information.

Since every purchase you make is with the actual company providing the goods or services, each company may have a different number of days in which you can cancel. You can find the number of days in which you can make a cancellation in the shopping cart before you make a purchase as well as in your "My Account" area where you see the purchase information.

Note: Holiday periods often have a longer cancellation window, meaning that you can only cancel a purchase well in advance of the actual date.
